i went threw divorce roy v smith he had 60 days to comply it has been 6 months call court i wrote judge and no one will enforce court order for him to pay me my money now hes in contempt i legally should get my home back that was taken from me because roy has lived there his whole life and im from florida i had proof that in 1 year went threw 150,000.00 and roy has it all i cant even get my 6 year old toys the court wont do anything to help me get my baby pictures nothing and roy v smith is a drug user went to jail in 2010 for meth but the courts put me and 2 minor kids in street when it was my disability money that bought everything plus all personal belongings from florida they wont hold him in contempt of court and give us back our home
