Called and said we were driving 45 minutes to look at a jeep. Asked if it was available. He said yes. We get there just as they hand the keys to someone else! They could have said, yes it's available but we've had several calls on it today. We left because none of the salesmen dealt with it well. There needs to be something in place for this!!! We will not go back and I'm telling my friends and family.
I asked a lot of this crew and they gladly helped me every step of the way. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!!!
I went with my daughter to look at a jeep that she wanted. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us a carfax and all the info on the vehicle they had for free. We test drove it and she had to have it. It was the easiest car purchase i have seen in my life. Thanks Guys!!! She is extremely happy!!!
This place was awesome!!!! They had a jeep that I found online that I wanted. I filled out a online credit app and Dylan called me back. I came by the dealership the next day and they had everything ready for me. I test drove the jeep and I loved it. 30 min later I drove away. #HAPPY
Worst experience ever, wish I could give zero stars!! Avoid this place if at all possible!!! I was made false promises on the phone to get me to come there and once I was there the lies continued. I came with a pre-approval from my bank and then was told I had to use other financing. After getting the purchase completed I contacted my bank and they were able to get me a better rate. I called to cancel my warranty but no response. Called and emailed Jay numerous times over the course of a couple months with zero responses from Jay. Eventually was told I needed to speak to the Office Manager Rachel. Called Rachel but she was "not in the office at the moment". Left her a message but never got a response. Decided to contact the Better Business Bureau to get any kind of response and this is still being disputed. Horrible dealership!!!
